Should I fly into Miami or Fort Lauderdale?
If you're staying in Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables or Key Biscayne, MIA is closer; for Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano, Boca or Delray, FLL is easier and usually cheaper to fly into. We serve both from everywhere, so book the better fare and we'll handle the drive.
Do you do cruise port transfers from the airports?
Yes. MIA or FLL to PortMiami and Port Everglades, and back, is a core service. We track ship times, meet you at the terminal and have SUVs and vans for families with cruise luggage.
Where do I meet my driver at Miami International?
MIA's pre-arranged pickup is on the arrivals level outside your baggage claim, by terminal (North, Central or South). Your driver texts you the exact door and vehicle. Meet-and-greet inside with a name sign is available for international arrivals.
Are Florida toll roads included in the rate?
